Self awareness is the ability to accurately recognize one’s own emotions thoughts, values and how they influence behavior. Self awareness programs allow us to know in better way our internal state, preference, resources and intuitions. More than this it allows us in better understanding the emotions of the people around us. There is two type of self awareness – one is conceptual self awareness; what we think about ourselves which may include our judgments, evaluation and logical conclusions and things which are easy to put words to. The other is embodied self awareness; this includes your strengths and weakness, thoughts and beliefs, emotion and sources of motivation. Many people believes that self awareness comes easily and naturally but it is actually hard to aware the sense of heightened. This all leads to spiritual and emotional wellness.
