  • Mental Fitness – In this competitive age life is bind with success and failure so mental fitness is just as important as physical fitness.
    • Mental fitness means keeping your brain and emotional health in fine shape and it depends on how we feel, think and act.
    • Some physical activities increase the flow of oxygen to our brain.
    • It also increases the number of endorphins, the feel-good chemical in our brain.
    • We feel that physically good students tend to enjoy a higher level of mental agility.
    • When we go to bed our body begins to relax but our mind doesn’t always follow.

    • Yog Nidra, mental exercises, crossword puzzles, Sudoku, relaxing, affirming, memory exercises and game playing are helpful for mental fitness.

  • Academic Excellence Strategic Plan – The career of a person depends upon intellectual wellness so our school is a hub of intellectual development activities. Books are the best friend and our textbooks are designed in such a way which enhances the intellect of a person. Students are encouraged to read new books every lime during breaks. So the brain responds to new things by creating new neural pathways. Each new pathway becomes stronger with repetition giving us new skills and strengths. Some activities are performed by both the hands to activate both lobs of mind.
